Gloss waxes ERGOWAX are used in flexible packaging industry for sweet wrapper production.

Two grades of gloss waxes are available, depending of the required gloss and scuff resistance of the coating. Due to the specially choosed components, the wax form a high-quality coating on the paper and give the following properties:

• good release against the packed product; 
• deadfold (ability to maintain fold or twist);
• very high gloss;
• low moisture vapour transmission rate;
• excellent resistance to machine abrasion (scuff);
• anti blocking.

Packing

Wax is delivered on europallettes: 200 plates, 5 kg each are laid onto the palette, the spacer PE film is placed after each 4 rows of plates, then the palette is wrapped with stretch film, the palette is covered with the corrugated paperboard case and tightened with the belt. Net weight of one palette is 1000 kg.
