Hot Melt Adhesives are used for composing of interior veneer sheets in plywood productionis on the Hashimoto Denki (Japan), Raute (Finland) or similar composer machinery. Unfilled, it possesses excelent ability to surfaces wetting, it is well distributed at applaying, provides equipment cleanliness, it is economic in use. The working temperature 135-140°C is recommended. Open time is 3-5 sec for grade ERGOMELT-10 and 1-2 sec for grade ERGOMELT-35. 

Packing

The adhesive is delivered in granules in a paper bags. Net weight of one bag is 20 kg. 35 bags on a pallet are wrapped by stretch-film. Net weight of one pallet is 700 kg.
