Hot Melt Adhesives ERGOMELT are applied for gluing of the edging material from veneer, paper, melamine, plastic, ABS and PVC in a furniture industry. The adhesive could be used for gluing of the straight edges and gluing of the edges by “softforming” method.

Not filled and filled Hot Melt Adhesive could be applied on manual and semiautomatic machine. There is opportunity of different colored adhesives manufacturing on order. Recommended use temperature is 170-200°C. Open time is 10-15 seconds.
Packing
The adhesive is delivered in granules in a paper bags. Net weight of one bag is 20 kg. 35 bags on a pallet are wrapped by stretch-film. Net weight of one pallet is 700 kg.
