We are glad to introduse you our new products - Hot-Melt Adhesives, grades ERGOMELT-35Б and 35Д for veener composing, ERGOMELT-30 and 30K for profile wrapping and ERGOMELT-10Ф for automobile filter production.

Grades 35Б and 35Д are used on Hashimoto Denki equipment (Japan) at 150 — 170°C. Grades differ in softering point and open-time. Wide range of ERGOMELT-35 grades makes it possible to compose veener on various types of equipment using different settings or different fiber types.

ERGOMELT-30 are used in profile wrapping at manual-feed equipment, meanwhile ERGOMELT-30K — at power-feed equipment. These grades can be used at Barberan, Rautek, Duspohl, Italmac machinery at 170 — 190°C. Hot-Melt Adhesives provide proper open-time depending on equipment type, high adhesion and low consumption.

ERGOMELT-10Ф are used in engine and cabin air filter production. This grade was designed to assemble filter paper, for reinforcing glue stripe application and for side tape setting.
